Q. Are the hair pieces made with Human Hair (HH) or synthetic?
A. Your piece can be made with either HH or synthetic fiber.
Which you choose will depend on your level of activity,
and your ability to work with your own hair. Many times
a hairpiece will have some of each in it for best appearance.

A. They both have advantages. We would determine on an individual
basis during your initial consultation which will work best for your
lifestyle.

Q. Will it look natural?
A. Yes, because we use the highest quality materials and the finest human and synthetic
hair available. Your hairpiece is custom designed for you, to help you look like your
handsome best.
No one will detect that you are wearing a hair piece (unless you tell them)

Q. Is it attached permanently?
A. No. Our clients enjoy security and comfortable attachment with
tape or glue and occasionally clips.

Q. After I place my order, how long will it take to receive my
hair piece?
A. Anywhere from two to six weeks.

Q. How long does it last?
A. With normal daily wear and care, your hairpiece should last
1 - 2 years. If you choose the Nx Gen option (OPTIONS for MEN)
you will enjoy a brand new piece with every haircut, 5-6 weeks.

Q. How much do they cost?
A. The cost of the piece depends on the size of the piece, your style and t he type of
base materials needed to achieve your look. Plan to invest between 1500 and
1800 for a custom piece and 375 - 475 for a Nex Gen.

Q. Do you do repairs?
A. Yes. Because we design and manufacture hairpieces on premises, all your
repairs are done in our office with the highest quality workmanship and
and in the quickest turn around time possible.

Q. Can I swim or shower in it?
A. No. To retain your best look possible, we don't recommend that you wear your hair piece in
the shower or pool. Also, care should be taken when barbequing and cooking as high temperatures may damage synthetic fiber and hair.

Q. Do I need more than one?
A. For your convenience, you may choose to have a second hairpiece so that you can have one with a fresh style at all times while one is being styled in our office.
